SERVINGS :4-6 people
INGREDIENTS :
- 1/2 kg tomato(soft, red and juicy, preferably Indian or desi tomato)
- 1 tbsn oil
- 1 tbsn jeera
- 2 green chillies
- 1/2 tbsn red chilli powder
- 3 spoonful sugar
- salt (to taste)
TOTAL TIME : 5-10 min
STEPS :
- Cut tomato and green chillies in small pieces and keep aside.
- Place frying pan on gas stove and put oil in it.
- Add cumin seeds and red chillies powder when oil is heated.
- Now add chopped tomato and green chillies, salt and sugar.
- Sprinkle some water.
- Cover with a plate for 5 min.
- Stir well with a spoon to mix well.
- Garnish with coriander and server hot or cold as it suits your taste.






This is a gud replacement for tomato ketchup that has lots of chemicals. Specially in this season i’ll love to have some pakoris with this
