SERVINGS :4-6 people

INGREDIENTS :

  1. 1/2 kg tomato(soft, red and juicy, preferably Indian or desi tomato)
  2. 1 tbsn oil
  3. 1 tbsn jeera
  4. 2 green chillies
  5. 1/2 tbsn red chilli powder
  6. 3 spoonful sugar
  7. salt (to taste)

TOTAL TIME : 5-10 min

STEPS :

  1. Cut tomato  and green chillies in small pieces and keep aside.
  2. Place frying pan on gas stove and put oil in it.
  3. Add cumin seeds and red chillies powder when oil is heated.
  4. Now add chopped tomato and green chillies, salt and sugar.
  5. Sprinkle some water.
  6. Cover with a plate for 5 min.
  7. Stir well with a spoon to mix well.
  8. Garnish with coriander and server hot or cold as it suits your taste.
