SERVINGS : 4-5 people
INGREDIENTS :
12-14 pounds fresh turkey-1
onion -1 (quatered).
lemon-1 (halfed).
carrots 2-3 (grated).
chicken stalk.
celery stalk.
TOTAL TIME : 2-2.5 hours
STEPS :
Preheat the oven to 360 degrees F.
After removing the neck and giblets put the turkey in a large roasting pan.
Stuff the turkey with onions, chicken stalk, celery stalk , lemon and carrots .
Season the turkey from outside with Funnel Spice rub.
Roast in an oven at 360 degrees F.
Keep checking after every 2 hours whether the turkey has been properly roasted or not.
Slice the turkey and serve hot
