INGREDIENTS :
1.Green gram dehusked ( Moong Dhuli )-1/2 Bowl
2.Fresh Corn Kernels- ½ Bowl
3.Green Chilli -1
4.Basil/ Tulsi Leaf – 1
5.Salt – to taste
6.Sesame seeds – ¼ tsp
7.Eno – ½ tsp
8.Water – if required while grinding dal
9.Boiled and diced potato – 1
10.Chopped coriander – 1 tsp
11.Roasted mustard seeds – 2 tsp
12.Oil – 1.5 tsp
TOTAL TIME : 10 min
STEPS :
1.Soak the green gram dal for 2-3 hrs in a Bowl.
2.Grind dal with water ( if required ) to a fine batter and transfer it to a Bowl.
3.To this add 1/4th of the Corn Kernels, chopped green chillies, chopped basil leaves,salt,sesame seeds and eno.Mix Well.
4.Immediately transfer the above contents into a microwave container
5.Place diced potato over it and sprinkle oil ,roasted mustard seeds and the coriander leaves.
6.Cook covered in the microwave for 3 ½ minutes or till done ( check with a toothpick ).
7.Cut into squares/ diagonal and garnish with rest of the corn Kernels.
