INGREDIENTS :

1/2 cup pure pumpkin puree (canned or homemade).

2 packages (16 ounces) of cream cheese, softened.

2 large eggs.

1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract.

1/2 cup granulated white sugar.

1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon.

1/8 teaspoon nutmeg.

1/8 teaspoon ground cloves.

1 9-inch graham cracker pie crust.

TOTAL TIME : 45 minutes.

How to cook Pumpkin Cheesecake :

1. Mix pumpkin, sugar, vanilla, spices, cream cheese and sugar with a hand blender untill well blended.

2. Add egg and mix untill well blended.

3. Pour into Graham cracker crust.

4. Bake at 350 degree F for 40-45 minutes.

5. Cool and refrigerate for at least 5 hours, preferably overnight.

Serve garnished with whipped topping.
