SERVINGS : O4 – 08
INGREDIENTS : 1KG ONIONS
1/2 PKT OF GINGER GARLIC PASTE
100 GMS OF CASHEWNUT PASTE
100 GMS OF CURD
20 gm of sugar
honey, saffron
SALT, TURMERIC, RED CHILLY
PANEER 500 GM ( SMALL DICES)
REFIND OIL
whole garam masala (except jeera)
TOTAL TIME : 20- 25 MIN.
STEPS :
1. add oil in a patila, add whole gram masala.
2. add ginger garlic paste…. cook for a minute…
3. add onion paste cook until golden brown nd paste leaves d oil……..
4. add d cashew paste nd cook 4 bout a minute.
5. add beaten curd……..
6. add all d spices and some honey and saffron.
add less of red chilly and more f haldi b’coz gravy should be of yellow colour.
7. add 15 gm of sugar…..
cook for bout 3 minute
8. gravy is ready nd put d dices of paneer in it…..






HI! If you don’t mind i think the gravy would be a lot thick and we could add tomato puree to make it better.. i have tried something like this at home it wasn’t exactly named paneer dilruba but was cooked with similar ingredients and by that experience i can say the ratio of onion and curd could be decreased from 4:1 to 3:1 for taste enrichment..
