INGREDIENTS :
11 ounces (310 grams) oranges.
Orange juice.
12 ounce cotton cheese.
1/2 cup nuts.
2 tablespoon balsamic veneger.
TOTAL TIME : 15 minutes.
STEPS :
1. Peel and section oranges over a large bowl to catch juice.
2. For dressing in the same bowl, whisk together orange juice and veneger.
3. Add oranges , cottage cheese and nuts and mix well.
4. Chill thoroughly.
