SERVINGS : 2-3 people

INGREDIENTS : 400 gm wheat flour, 10 gm ghee, 1 tbsp cumin seeds, 1 tbsp carom seeds, red chillies and salt to taste.

TOTAL TIME : 10-15 min

STEPS :

  1. First roast wheat flour in a wok using ladle ( karahi mei chamche ki help se).
  2. When it is reddish-brown, remove it from the gas stove. Alternatively you can roast in oven.
  3. Make a paste of this roasted flour by adding water to it, generally you need 4 glasses of water.
  4. Add red-chillies and salt to this paste.
  5. Again keep the wok on gas stove(burning), add ghee and carom and cumin seeds.
  6. Add the paste in the wok and keep stirring with a ladle.
  7. If you think the paste is getting too thick add some water.
  8. Serve in plates with pickle and ghee.
