SERVINGS : 2
INGREDIENTS : 2 tbspn refined oil, 2 tomatoes (indian/desi), 1 onion, 1 green Chilli, 1 packet maggi (Rs. 10 pack), 2 cups of water.
TOTAL TIME : 5 min
STEPS :1. Chop all vegetables.
2. In a pan put 2 tbspn of refined oil and burn the gas stove.
3. Add all chopped vegetables and sprinkle water.
4. when in two minutes it seems the vegetables are cooked add two cups of water and the maggi masala.
5. Add Maggi and a pinch of salt.
6. Stir till maggi is cooked.
7. Serve hot and if you wish your maggi is a bit more colorful add coriander leaves.
Though I can eat simple maggi as well I love this one more and so does everyone in my family.

if u wll add some mushrooms and peas
it wll taste better nd on top f dat some garam masala
while adding mushroom and peas we need to boil them first and then add them.. else they wont taste good. apart from this sweet corn would be a good addent…
well wen d maggi wll get boil side side by dey wll also get boil
as dey wll be 1st fried wid d other vegetables and den boild wid d maggi
so it wll take a lesser tym
