SERVINGS : 2-3 persons

INGREDIENTS :

  1. Tea bag – 1stored in MM Round

  2. Lemon squash – 2tbsp

  3. orange squash – 2tbsp

  4. Water – 1glass

  5. Ginger ale – 1tbsp

  6. Crushed ice -5-6 cubes

  7. Soda - 1/2th bottle

  8. Pineapple slice – 1 chopped, stored in Bowled over

  9. Diced Apple -1/2 stored in Bowled over

Lemon- 2 thin slices.

TOTAL TIME : 15 minutes

STEPS :

  1. Boil ½ cup water.Dip the tea bag in it and keep for 4-5 min to get the tea extract.

  2. Stir in sugar and chill. Mix with squashes,ginger ale and ½ cup water.

  3. Put crushed ice in the tall glass.Fill glass with the punch till 2/3rd full.

  4. Add the apple and pineapple.

  5. Top up with soda just before serving.

  6. Garnish with lemon slices.

  7. Store and serve cool.
