SERVINGS : 4 persons

INGREDIENTS :

Pomfret fish (or any flat fish)     01 nos.

Egg white                                            01 nos.

Refined Flour                                     10 gms.

Bread crumbs                                     20 gms.

Lemon juice                                         05 ml.

salt                                                           5 gms.

pepper                                                       a pinch

mustard powder                                    5 gms

TOTAL TIME :  10-15 min

STEPS :

Cut out Fillets of the fish. (Fillets are quarters of fish boneless.)

Marinate the fish in Lemon juice mixture with salt, pepper and mustard powder. (for 30 mins. keep it).

Take the fish and dust it with refined flour.

Coat it with egg white and top layer of bread crumbs.

Deep fry in a kadhai.

Serve hot with Tartar sauce (at home Mayonnaise can be used) .
