SERVINGS : 1 medium plate

INGREDIENTS :

6 potatos

Oil for frying

1/4 teaspoon red chilli powder

If possible 1/4 teaspoon amchur (mango powder).

Common salt according to taste

TOTAL TIME : 7-10 minutes

STEPS :

1. Peel and cut the potato into long thin strips

2. Wash and then make them dry.

3. Deep fry in oil till they become golden brown in color.

4.  Remove them from oil and sprinkle salt.

5. Add chilli powder and amchur.

Serve with tomato sauce or Tomato Chutney
