INGREDIENTS :

Refined Flour 50 gms
Margarine 50 gms
Sugar (castor) 50 gms
Eggs 02 nos.
Cocoa Pwdr 10 gms
Vanilla Essence 1/2 tsp
Baking Pwdr 1/4 tsp

TOTAL TIME :
25 – 30 mins. at 190 C
STEPS :
1) Cream margarine with castor sugar till light n fluffy.
2) Add both egg yolk to this cream n mix well.
3) whisk the egg white till soft peaks are formed out of it. (vaniilla essence added in process).
4) mix the egg white and margarine mixture.
5) add flour to the mixture and mix well.
6) put the batter in muffin moulds and bake for 25-30 mins at 190 C.
