INGREDIENTS :
1 head cauliflower, 1 pound.
3 tablespoon unsalted butter.
1 teaspoon chopped garlic.
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper.
1 teaspoon kosher salt.
TOTAL TIME : 15 minutes
How to prepare Cauliflower puree recipe :
1. Pull the leaves off the cauliflower and cut out the core in cone shaped section.
2. Pull the florets off the head, by hand or by using a knife.
3. Cut the florets into regular, smaller pieces of about 1.5 inches.
4. Steam the florets with garlic and salt in a microven at 350 degree F for 7-8 minutes or untill tender.
5. Add butter and puree in food processor or mash by hand with potato masher.
6. Season with black pepper.






you can actually use this puree to enhance the taste of any vegetable or soup you are cooking!!
it is really a good complement to the tomato puree and will reduce the monotonicity of cooking….
