INGREDIENTS :

1. 3 cups sliced, peeled apple.

2. 1 cup granulated white sugar.

3. 2 cup Cranberries (karaunda).

4. 5  teaspoon ground cinnamon (daal chini).

5. 1/2 cup flour.

6. 5 tablesppon butter, cut into tiny pieces.

7. 2 tbsp lemon juice.

8. 1/2 cup apple juice.

9. 1 cups rolled oats.

TOTAL TIME : 1 hour

How to prepare Apple Cranberry Crisp :

1. Preheat oven to 195 degree C (375 degree F).

2. Place sliced apples and cranberries in a large bowl and drizzle with lemon juice.

3. Add cinnamon, oat, sugar and flour.

4. Pour apple juice over the mixture and mix again.

5. Mix in butter untill crumbly and place everything in a baking dish.

6. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-50 minutes or untill the topping is crispy and the fruit is tender.
